Wildwood
The city of Wildwood is located in West County St Louis and is bounded by Chesterfield, Clarkson Valley, Ellisville, Eureka and Franklin County. It has a total area of 66.4 square miles making it the 3rd largest city (in area) in Missouri. Home to Babler State Park, Rockwoods Reservation, Rockwoods Range and Greensfelder County Park, it has 11 square miles of parkland. It is also the home of Hidden Valley Ski Resort, Wildwood YMCA and Six Flags St Louis.
Comprised largely of acreage properties, it is a great place to raise a family and spend time outdoors. There are numerous trails, including the famous Al Foster Trail and bike trails that connect many of the neighborhoods bordering Highway 100 and Route 66.
Offering privacy and space, Wildwood is just a short distance to major shopping and business infrastructure. It is close to highways 44, 64/40, 100 and 109. It is also in the AAA rated Rockwood School District - the only one in Missouri.
